CB Talents is seeking a Greek Content Moderator to maintain platform safety and quality for a leading global e-commerce site. You will review content in Greek, uphold guidelines, and respond to changes in policies.

The role is a 6-month contract with rotational work coverage, and includes a relocation package: shared apartment for up to 12 months with utilities covered and a monthly deduction.

This position requires strong language skills and the ability to manage high-volume queues.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Greek (verbal and written).

Content Moderator – Greek Speaker

Contract Type: 6 Months

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage, 2 rotational days off)

About the Role

As a Greek Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring product and service standards on a leading global e-commerce platform. You will use your language expertise, analytical skills, and cultural context to maintain platform safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review platform content against quality guidelines and legal/safety policy standards.
• Maintain agreed latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues according to standard operating procedures.
• Adapt quickly to policy changes and volume peaks during promotional seasons.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek.
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Sound decision-making ability with local market insight.
• Ability to handle high-volume queues with resilience and efficiency.

Package & Relocation Benefits

• Base Compensation: €920 / month (distributed over 14 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €45 / month (distributed over 11 months)
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Relocation Package: Access to a shared employee apartment for up to 12 months. All utilities are included, with €280 total deducted monthly from your payslip.
