Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal to help review and moderate user-generated content for potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other legal matters. You will ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards while maintaining a safe platform.

Responsibilities include moderating content, handling legal requests per policy, and meeting turnaround times.

Qualificações

• C1 level fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Intermediate English skills.
• No prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Holds EU ID or Residence card.

• Moderating written content related to fraud, copyright infringement, privacy claims, defamation, and falsification.
• Reviewing and processing legal requests in line with client policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring all requests are completed within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating user comments, profiles, and other content to identify violations.
• Maintaining high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Reporting and escalating violations when necessary.
• You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.

We are looking for a Content Moderator to join our team for a Project Streaming Service Platform. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content, especially related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other legal matters. You will ensure content complies with our community guidelines and legal standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming platform.
