CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Czech-speaking Content Moderator for a Lisbon-based e-commerce project. You will review products and services to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires native Czech and strong English (B2), sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with full training provided.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Czech required.
• Good command of English (B2 minimum).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Background or understanding of e-commerce platforms advantageous.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet latency/quality metrics.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures.
• Stay updated on content moderation guidelines and policy changes.
• Support content safety across media types, including during peak periods.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native-level fluency in Czech and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

The money

920€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
