Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to join our team on-site. The role involves reviewing content against platform policies, making consistent moderation decisions within set timeframes, and documenting reasoning for teammates.

You will work a rotative 24/7 schedule with wellbeing resources in place. Fluent Greek and English are required, and you should be comfortable with learning new internal systems; prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

Worth flagging upfront - the day-to-day involves reviewing sensitive and sometimes graphic content. Wellbeing resources are in place for the team handling this.
