CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an e-commerce project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards, maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your

Day to day that means review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

What you need to bring

• Native-level fluency in Greek and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Moving there

To get you on the ground: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health, and insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months.
