SafeBox in Almada, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to handover. You will work closely with the design team, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key duties include planning and organizing projects, monitoring progress, coordinating with all parties, preparing budgets and schedules, procuring materials, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Almada.

As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the design team, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan organize and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
• Coordinate with design team, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Prepare project budgets, schedules and timelines
• Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience

Location Almada Portugal

This is a full-time position with standard working hours
