Ecojob is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects in Almada, Portugal. The role involves coordinating all stages from planning through completion, ensuring timeliness, cost control and quality.

The candidate will plan schedules, manage budgets, read blueprints, and lead teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site. International project experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Almada. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage all project documentation and communication with stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
