Your role will involve working closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and contractors to create project plans and designs
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests) to determine project feasibility
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor
• Supervise construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Keep accurate records of project progress, changes, and costs
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements
