Candidates should have 1–4 years of experience in technical projects, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in Portuguese. This position offers a fast learning curve and direct interaction with clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of experience in construction or technical projects.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver complex projects in fast-evolving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head of Construction in project execution.
• Coordinate communication between architects and engineers.
• Track budgets, timelines, and prepare reports.

Conhecimentos

Fluent Portuguese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Comfortable using AI-powered tools

French is a plus
