Job summary

Baseforce, a reputable construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager in Lisbon to lead projects from planning through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and coordination with architects, contractors and subcontractors to meet specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, at least five years of CM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Valid work visa for Portugal.

As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
