The role involves coordinating communication, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring project progress. Candidates should have 1–4 years of experience in technical projects, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in Portuguese. This position offers a fast learning curve and direct interaction with clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

THE ROLE

You support the Head of Construction in the day-to-day execution and control of projects.

Your role is to ensure that projects are properly tracked, organized, and moving forward at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Phase Support

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between architects and engineers
• Track design progress and deadlines
• Organize drawings, revisions, and documentation

Technical Review Support

• Review drawings and documents with attention to detail
• Identify potential inconsistencies or missing information
• Support the analysis of technical issues with: Head of Construction, engineers, architects, fiscal, contractors
• Help structure technical discussions
• Ensure decisions are documented and followed
• Build comparison tables
• Support analysis of contractors’ offers

Site Execution

• Follow construction progress
• Participate in site meetings
• Track issues and ensure follow-up
• Monitor contractor performance

Project Control

• Track timelines, budgets, and key milestones
• Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation
• Prepare reports

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional Background

• 1–4 years of experience
• Initial exposure to construction or technical projects
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive
• Strong understanding of the real estate development process end-to-end
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in non-standardized, fast-evolving environments
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including banks, investors, architects, and advisors

Skills

• Fluent Portuguese – mandatory
• French is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent)
