Gleeds is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with terms, managing changes and claims, and mitigating risk to project delivery.

You will support Directors, maintain auditable records, prepare documents, and lead contract negotiations across Europe, including data centres. A degree in engineering, excellent English, and strong communication and ICT skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Broad spectrum of technical knowledge relating to Contracts Management.
• Experience managing contracts for large-scale construction projects in Europe, including Data Centres.
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contract compliance and change control on construction projects.
• Prepare and review procurement and contract documents with legal input.
• Draft and issue contractual correspondence, notices and instructions.
• Maintain auditable records of communications, decisions and changes.
• Support dispute avoidance, escalation and resolution and lead contract meetings.
