Gleeds is seeking a Professional Project Manager with a mechanical bias to lead the delivery of the water-cooling plant package for a data centre campus. The role is site-based and requires staying in Sines during the workweek, five days a week, with no rotation.

You will act as owner-representative consultancy lead, coordinating technical, programme and interface requirements, and ensuring delivery, testing, commissioning and handover are completed to plan.

Qualificações

• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of central cooling and chilled-water systems.
• Detailed knowledge of project management techniques.
• Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Right to work in Portugal and ability to work in Sines 5 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the water-cooling plant package, including testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate technical, programme and interface requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor on-site progress, safety, quality and contractor performance.
• Facilitate clear communication between contractors, client and Gleeds team.
• Assist in change management and ensure method statements are approved.
