Qualificações

• Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
