Qualificações

• Gerenciar e entregar projetos relacionados à conformidade desde o planejamento até a execução.
• Coordenar partes interessadas em vários locais e departamentos.

Compliance Project Manager | Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team dedicated to driving regulatory change and compliance excellence for one of our clients in the financial sector. As a Compliance Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation, ensuring regulatory goals are met with precision and impact. If you thrive on structure, stakeholder engagement, and making real change happen in complex environments — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver compliance-related projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate stakeholders across various locations and departments
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance routines
• Analyze processes, gather data, and support reporting activities
• Prepare clear and insightful presentations for clients and management
• Support the implementation and follow-up of project outcomes

Tools & Tech:

• General proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Languages:

• French – Nice to have

Profile:

• Experience in managing projects, preferably in compliance or regulatory contexts
• Skilled in leading workshops, meetings, and change initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset
• Client-focused and results-driven
• Previous experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus
• Work on high-impact projects for international clients
