A solid background in ISO 9001 or in a compliance role is the core requirement; familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or ISO 56001 is welcome but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, records and templates.
  • Plan and coordinate internal audits to help assess compliance and system effectiveness.
  • Help monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 56001 and ISO 27001 requirements, including controls applied to suppliers and outsourced services.
  • Support the integration of the three standards, contributing to consistency and alignment across quality, innovation and information security processes.
  • Manage internal communication so that system changes and updates are clearly shared with staff and stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and support external certification audits, including evidence gathering and audit coordination.
  • Track and help resolve nonconformities, audit findings and improvement actions.
  • Support management reviews with updated performance reports, compliance data and proposals for improvement.
  • Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and best practice across the IMS.
  • Maintain a register of legal, regulatory and contractual obligations applicable to the company in each jurisdiction in which we operate, and track changes that may affect the business.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, external counsel and local partners on jurisdiction specific compliance matters.
  • Support data protection and information security compliance, including alignment with GDPR and equivalent frameworks in other geographies.
  • Report regularly to Top Management on the company's overall compliance posture, key risks and proposed improvement actions.
Applicants should:
  • Hold a higher education degree in Quality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrate experience implementing or coordinating ISO 9001, or equivalent compliance experience; familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or ISO 56001 is an advantage.
  • Understand quality management systems and be able to plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits.
  • Be able to prepare compliance documentation, reports, and operational procedures, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Work well with diverse stakeholders, showing adaptability, collaboration, and clear communication skills.
