Prisonsystems in Portugal is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the compliance function and manage the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 56001, ISO 27001). The ideal candidate will maintain compliance documentation, plan audits, and support certification processes. A higher education degree in Quality Management, coupled with experience in ISO standards, is required. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position offers Monday to Friday working hours, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing or coordinating ISO 9001 or equivalent compliance experience.
• Ability to prepare compliance documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain current Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits for compliance assessment.
• Support external certification audits and track compliance requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement across the IMS.
