Decskill, an IT consulting company with a decade of experience, is seeking a Communications and Design Consultant for a Lisbon project. You will craft messaging, plan campaigns, and produce diverse content to support service initiatives.

You will develop visuals, templates, and tutorials while ensuring branding consistency across channels, collaborating with stakeholders and IT projects to drive adoption and clarity.

Qualificações

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years in communication, marketing, or similar role.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel communication.
• Proficient in creating professional written, visual, multimedia content.
• Knowledge of corporate branding guidelines.
• Video editing experience and tutorials content.

We would like to meet a Communication and Design Consultant for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement communication and marketing plans for services, projects, and initiatives.
• Analyse stakeholders and target audiences, developing tailored messaging, storytelling, and content.
• Create and edit written, visual, and multimedia content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and tutorials.
• Develop graphic materials and presentations, ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
• Create and maintain templates, guidebooks, manuals, and reusable communication assets.
• Coordinate content inputs, reviews, approvals, schedules, events, production, and publishing activities across multiple channels.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in communication planning and multi-channel communication delivery.
• Experience creating and editing professional written, visual, and multimedia content.
• Strong knowledge of graphic and presentation design, including corporate branding guidelines.
• Experience with video editing and the creation of tutorials or other multimedia content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and content management skills.
• Experience supporting communication for IT services, projects, change management, or adoption initiatives. (is a plus)
• Experience with communication metrics, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement. (is a plus)
• Knowledge of digital content creation, automation, or AI-assisted communication workflows. (is a plus)
