Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Lisbon to support the Commercial Director and team. The role involves handling orders, price lists, proposals and customer documentation, with a focus on keeping commercial activity moving in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with new product launches, coordinate campaigns, and ensure accurate information flows between customers and internal teams, while maintaining strong relationships and a proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial administration, sales support or FMCG/food.
• Experience with product documentation and quality records is beneficial.
• Able to manage customer accounts and back-office activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Commercial Director with key customer accounts and opportunities.
• Manage back-office activity: orders, price lists, proposals, and customer docs.
• Coordinate new product launches and product introductions.
• Coordinate customer requirements, campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain accurate commercial information and documentation.
• Follow up with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Support product quality and technical documentation as required.
• Track actions, priorities and outstanding tasks.
• Act as a link between the Commercial team and the wider business.
