A Alexander Steele Recruitment está a apoiar uma empresa de Food/FMCG com sede em Lisboa a recrutar um Commercial Assistant que irá apoiar o Diretor Comercial e a equipa.

O papel é rápido e hands-on: gerir contas, documentação, lançamentos de produtos, promoções e prazos, mantendo comunicação com clientes e fornecedores. Oferece 30.000€ brutos por ano, bônus discresionário e seguro de saúde, com presença predominante no escritório.

Qualificações

• Experiência em administração comercial, apoio a vendas ou FMCG.
• Conhecimentos de documentação comercial e gestão de back‑office.
• Capacidade de apoiar launches de produtos e campanhas.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar o Diretor Comercial com clientes e oportunidades chave.
• Gerir atividades de back‑office comercial: listas de preços, propostas e documentação de clientes.
• Apoiar lançamentos de novos produtos e introduções no mercado.
• Coordenar requisitos, campanhas e promoções de clientes.
• Manter informações e documentação comerciais atualizadas.
• Acompanhar prazos com clientes, fornecedores e equipas internas.

COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT | FOOD / FMCG | LISBON

Are you highly organised, commercially minded and someone who gets things done?

I'm working with an exciting and growing Food / FMCG business looking for a Commercial Assistant to provide essential support to the Commercial Director and wider commercial team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping customers, orders, product launches, documentation and commercial activity moving.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Commercial Director with key customer accounts and opportunities
• Managing commercial back-office activity , including orders, price lists, proposals and customer documentation
• Supporting new product launches and new product introductions
• Coordinating customer requirements, campaigns and promotions
• Maintaining accurate commercial information and documentation
• Following up with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Supporting product quality and technical documentation where required
• Keeping track of actions, priorities and outstanding tasks
• Acting as a key link between the Commercial team and the wider business

What we\'re looking for

• We\'re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Fast-paced, proactive and commercially aware
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Experienced in commercial administration, sales support or FMCG/food
• Experience with chilled food or Portuguese retail/large distribution would be a major advantage
• Familiarity with food quality/product documentation would also be beneficial

You dont need to be a technical food specialist.

What matters most is your organisation, reliability, commercial awareness and ability to make things happen.
