Job summary

iBASIS is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate in Portugal to provide direct service to customers and support the sales effort through commercial data analysis and reporting, including CRM data management. You will work with cross-functional teams across the commercial, product and technical areas, bringing an analytical, proactive mindset and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in business, technology or analytics or 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer requests across multiple lines of business (IoT, IIS/ITFS, Mobile, Messaging).
• Support Sales and Business Administration Managers.
• Prepare customer analyses and reports for Product Managers.
• Gather information from colleagues and internal departments for customers.
• Create reports using Business Objects, Excel and Pipedrive CRM.
