Job summary

iBASIS is hiring a Customer Service Support Associate in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on providing service to customers and enabling sales through data analysis, reporting, and CRM management.

You will collaborate with commercial, product, and technical teams and must communicate clearly, analytically, and independently. Ideal candidates have a degree in business/tech/analytics or 2+ years in a similar role, fluent English (German preferred), and strong MS Office and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in business, technology, or analytics, or having 2+ years of working-experience in a similar role and environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data interpretation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Processing requests for customers across multiple lines of business – IOT, IIS/ITFS, Mobile and Messaging.
• Supporting Sales and Business Administration Managers.
• Preparing customer analysis.
• Partnering with colleagues and other internal departments to gather information for customers.
• Preparing reports for Product Managers and monthly performance meetings based on output from Business Objects, Excel and Pipedrive CRM.
• Bringing together data from several sources to prepare reporting.
• Managing customer rates and reviewing reports to avoid negative margin.
• Managing ancillary data as part of the Data enrichment program.
• Testing new service activations.
• Collecting data from customers to upload forms in external vendor portals
