Jobtailor is seeking a driven Sales Associate in Lisbon to manage a customer portfolio and drive outbound sales. You will present tailored solutions, identify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting customers throughout the sales process.

If you excel in telesales, have strong communication and persuasion skills, and can work independently, this role offers an engaging environment with a focus on hitting commercial targets.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in telesales, a Contact Center, or commercial roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong results orientation and commitment to achieving targets.
• Active listening and empathy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Good computer skills and ease of use with CRM tools.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
