act digital is seeking an Intermediate to Senior CloudOps Engineer to join our client’s team in Portugal. You will bridge application deployment, N2/N3 support, and automation on a private Kubernetes/Docker infrastructure.

You will deploy business-critical apps with Helm and GitLab CI/CD, manage incidents, and enhance observability with Dynatrace, Splunk, and SolarWinds while implementing Terraform, Ansible, and Vault for IaC and secrets management.

Qualificações

• Intermediate to senior CloudOps profile with hands-on experience in CloudOps, Application Support, or DevOps.
• Proficient with private cloud Kubernetes/Docker environments and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring/observability tools and secure secret management.

Responsabilidades

• App onboarding and deployment on a private Kubernetes/Docker cloud using Helm and GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage N2/N3 support, RCAs, and log analysis for complex workloads.
• Ensure observability with Dynatrace, Splunk, and SolarWinds.
• Advance IaC through Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle security and secret management with Vault and Kubernetes Secrets.

At act digital, we are looking for an Intermediate to Senior CloudOps Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between application deployment, N2/N3 operational support, and continuous automation on a modern private Kubernetes/Docker infrastructure.

What you will do:

• App Onboarding & Deployment: Integrate and deploy business-critical applications onto a private Kubernetes/Docker cloud platform using Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
• N2/N3 Application RUN & Support: Manage application incidents, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and perform log analysis and diagnostics for complex workloads.
• Monitoring & Observability: Ensure application performance and health using Dynatrace, Splunk, and SolarWinds.
• IaC & Automation: Drive reliability and scalability using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) and automated deployment pipelines.
• Security & Secret Management: Work with self-hosted databases, on-prem storage, and secure secrets management via HashiCorp Vault / Kubernetes Secrets.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: Intermediate to Senior profile with solid hands-on experience in CloudOps, Application Support, or DevOps environments.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm), Docker, and deploying containerized workloads.
• Observability Mastery: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or SolarWinds.
• IaC & CI/CD: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1). French is a nice-to-have bonus!
