Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a DevOps Services Engineer to lead delivery, rollout and onboarding of Cloud & DevOps services for internal customers. You will support application and product teams with packaged services and self-service solutions to enable scalable environments.

The role focuses on GCP and AWS application environments, with cross-cloud understanding and hands-on work with Kubernetes, GitLab, ArgoCD, Terraform, Vault, Python and CI/CD automation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Cloud environments DevOps engineering or related role.
• Proven experience delivering or supporting apps in cloud/container environments.
• Strong experience with GCP & AWS application environments; Alicloud knowledge valued.
• Experience with onboarding, service delivery, troubleshooting and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to translate technical needs into Cloud & DevOps service implementations.
• Deliver and onboard Cloud & DevOps services and platform capabilities focusing on AWS/GCP and Kubernetes.
• Configure and validate components using GitLab, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve delivery pipelines and patterns.
• Promote standardization and reusable patterns for secure, transparent service delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to align with architecture, governance, cost and security guardrails.
• Support onboarding and handover to ensure successful service consumption.
• Contribute to setup and testing of environments for data processing and cloud-native services.
• Apply DevOps best practices for deployment, configuration, observability, security and readiness.
• Be proactive in identifying gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a DevOps Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery, rollout and onboarding of Cloud & DevOps services for our internal customers.

You will support application and product teams in consuming approved Cloud & DevOps patterns, packaged services, platform capabilities and self-service solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable and scalable delivery of application environment using Cloud & DevOps best practices.

The role has a strong focus on GCP & AWS application environments, while requiring good cross-cloud understanding, especially where services or applications also rely on cross-cloud capabilities. You will help deliver and support modern application environments using technologies such as Kubernetes, GitLab, ArgoCD, Terraform, Vault, Python and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, constraints and delivery requirements, and translate them into effective Cloud & DevOps service implementations.
• Deliver and onboard approved Cloud & DevOps services, packaged solutions and platform capabilities, with a strong focus on AWS and GCP application environments and Kubernetes-based delivery.
• Configure, integrate and validate service components using tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault and cloud-native services.
• Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to repeatable delivery patterns, pipelines, and service improvements.
• Promote standardization, automation and reusable patterns to ensure consistent, secure and transparent service delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps Service Enablement, Service Offering, Cloud & DevOps teams to align delivery with architecture, governance, cost and security guardrails.
• Support application teams during onboarding, early-life usage and handover to ensure successful service consumption.
• Contribute to the setup, testing, and validation of environments for applications and platforms such as data processing, integration, workflow orchestration, or cloud-native services.
• Apply DevOps best practices for deployment, configuration, automation, observability, security, and operational readiness.
• Be autonomous and proactive in identifying technical gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute feedback to improve services, documentation, automation and packaged service quality.
• Keep up to date with Cloud & DevOps technologies and best practices, especially related to AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud environments DevOps engineering, automation, application delivery, automation, or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience delivering or supporting applications and services in cloud and containerized environments.
• Strong experience with GCP & AWS application environments; Alicloud knowledge is also highly valued.
• Experience working directly with development teams, product teams, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience with technical onboarding, service delivery, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement.
• A strong service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Technical Knowledge

You should bring strong technical knowledge across Cloud & DevOps domains, with the ability to deliver services, support onboarding, identify technical gaps, and collaborate effectively with expert teams. This includes:

• GCP Services: Core GCP services and application environment concepts.
• AWS Knowledge: Multi-cloud understanding for cross-cloud application and service delivery.
• Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (K8s), containers, and modern application deployment concepts.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Modern GitOps delivery practices, continuous deployment with Argo CD, and GitLab pipeline automation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automation principles and tools, such as Terraform
• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting experience, for example with Python, Bash.
• Secrets Management: Security practices and tools, such as HashiCorp Vault or cloud-native secret management.
• Governance & Compliance: Cloud networking, IAM, security, cost control, and architecture guardrails.
• Internal Developer Portals: self-service models, and centralized catalog offerings.
