We are seeking a skilled infrastructure professional to administer Windows and Linux environments, manage Azure/AWS cloud infra, and support automation, security, and observability initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructures (Azure and/or AWS).
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with AI/automation platforms and security best practices.
• Familiarity with IaC tools and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administering Windows Server and Linux environments
• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructures (Azure and/or AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring, automation, and performance optimization
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent)
• Experience implementing and supporting AI and automation platforms (e.g., AI services, workflow tools)
• Good understanding of security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance
• Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools is a plus (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of networking concepts and hybrid infrastructures
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
• Exposure to AI Ops or intelligent automation tools
