Decskill is seeking a senior leader in Infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity to join our Lisbon-based team. You will drive readiness and delivery across large-scale projects, architect secure solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You must have 8+ years in Infra, Network and Cybersecurity, strong cloud integration, RBAC/PIM/NSG expertise, and fluent English with CET availability. This role offers long-term impact and growth within a global IT consultancy.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity roles.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure readiness and delivery across large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in solution design and deployment, including public and private cloud integration.
• Solid experience ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, and security in production environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, PIM, NSG, and cloud cost optimization and governance controls.
• Experience conducting infrastructure and firewall reviews, clean-up, and remediation activities.
• Experience provisioning and managing production environments aligned with enterprise standards.
• Proven ability to integrate security requirements into solution design and project delivery; experience performing security reviews, risk assessments, and threat analysis.
• Experience tracking and managing security risks, issues, and remediation plans.
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and security governance frameworks.
• Experience coordinating vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, and security validation activities.
• Ability to work closely with architects, cloud teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates and reporting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work within the CET time zone.

Requirements

  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Network Security Groups (NSG)
  • Cloud cost optimization and governance controls
• Experience conducting infrastructure and firewall reviews, clean-up, and remediation activities
• Experience provisioning and managing production environments aligned with enterprise standards
