Decskill is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Developer to join our IT consulting team in Portugal. You will work on cloud engineering, automation, and platform orchestration across internal and external platforms.

You will contribute to IDP product development, Iberian convergence to a single automation and development platform (AWS + GitOps), and implement comprehensive observability stacks (ELK, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Jaeger). This role emphasizes collaboration and long-term impact.

Qualificações

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with GitHub repos, MongoDB databases, and message queues.
• Proficient in Terraform, ArgoCD, and observability tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Construction of IDP as a product (Self Service).
• Iberian convergence to a single automation and development platform (AWS + GitOps).
• Iberian convergence to a single observability platform (ELK + Prometheus + Alert Manager + Grafana + Loki + Jaeger).
• Maintenance and upgrade of IDP in hyperscaler and on-prem formats.
• Maintenance and evolution of the platforms mentioned in clause 1.
• Intra- and extra-team support in the application of the CI/CD framework.
• Intra- and extra-team support in the implementation of pipeline templates.
• Intra- and extra-team support in extending the pipeline template framework.
• Support in training development teams in the areas of Cloud, IaC, and DevOps.
• Creation and implementation of artificial intelligence mechanisms for self-service and platform orchestration (Agentic / Personas / Automation Workflows /Self Service).

Mission

Cloud Engineer for solutions involving the creation, management, automation, and orchestration of different in-house and external platforms:
