MeetUnit4, a cloud-focused ERP pioneer, seeks a Cloud Operations Strategy Lead to bridge Cloud Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support. You will drive service quality, operational excellence, and platform reliability across our cloud portfolio.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, IT Operations, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related technology leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Cloud Operations evangelist across the organization.
• Represent operational needs and customer experience considerations in strategic discussions and planning activities.
• Partner with leadership teams to continuously improve service delivery models and operational effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define service limits, usage patterns, and operational requirements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive initiatives that improve service stability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Influence product roadmaps by incorporating operational considerations into design and development decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering Architecture teams to provide operational feedback and shape scalable platform designs.
• Ensure operational readiness and supportability are considered throughout the service lifecycle.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects involving large-scale operational improvements and platform modernization.
