Unit4 NV is seeking a Cloud Operations Strategy Lead to act as the strategic connector between Cloud Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Support and Partners. You will drive service quality, operational excellence and platform reliability across the cloud portfolio.

The role requires influencing engineering practices, governance and the adoption of best practices in observability, automation and readiness at scale.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations, IT Ops, SRE, or related leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Support teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven ability to translate operations insights into strategy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate Cloud Operations strategy across the org and drive service quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture to shape platform roadmap.
• Lead DevOps modernization and implement observability and reliability standards.
• Own cross-functional programs for large-scale operational improvements.
