Job summary

act digital is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design, lead, and scale applications across Java/Spring, Angular, and Google Cloud Platform. You will define architectural blueprints, guide backend and cloud development, direct IaC with Terraform on GCP, and supervise frontend work with Angular and AngularJS.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Java/Spring/Python expertise, PostgreSQL proficiency, and a track record mentoring Agile teams. English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer or architect with leadership experience.
• Deep Java and Spring ecosystem expertise.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL databases.
• Cloud and DevOps with GCP, Terraform, and Docker.
• Front-end oversight with Angular and AngularJS.
• Excellent communication and mentoring in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Define technical blueprints and align with business needs.
• Architect scalable microservices using Java, Spring, Python; PostgreSQL; Docker.
• Automate and deploy on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform.
• Oversee frontend development with Angular and AngularJS.
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers in Agile delivery.
