Decskill is expanding and seeking a Tech Lead Java to drive architecture and delivery for complex projects. You will lead technical teams, shape cloud-native designs, and collaborate with product and architecture stakeholders in a hybrid model across Porto.

The role requires deep Java/Spring Boot experience, strong Angular skills, and a solid understanding of microservices and API-first approaches, with exposure to Google Cloud Platform.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and/or complex projects.
• Strong background in Java and enterprise app development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and web UI architectures.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs and API-first approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions.
• Promote architecture and engineering best practices.
• Drive clean code, design patterns, and OO principles.
• Develop microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with front-end teams on Angular architectures.
• Identify performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Contribute to release management and deployment processes.
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Work with Product Owners and Architects in Agile environments.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
