Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of consolidated experience, is seeking a Tech Lead Java to join our hybrid team in Portugal. You will lead development efforts, shape architecture, and drive Java-based solutions across cloud-native microservices and Angular front-ends.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile setting, and help deliver secure, scalable APIs on Google Cloud Platform.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• 9+ years of experience with Angular.
• Hands-on Java enterprise development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Define and promote software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Drive adoption of clean code and design patterns.
• Design and evolve microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Define and implement secure RESTful APIs with an API-first approach.
• Collaborate with front-end teams on scalable Angular architectures.
• Address performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Contribute to release management strategies and deployment processes.
• Support technical decision-making across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
