WE ARE META is seeking a Cloud Enterprise Architect to connect our Rhinos with clients in a hybrid Lisbon setting. You will leverage 15+ years in IT and 5+ years in cloud architecture to design scalable cloud-native solutions and guide enterprise architecture decisions.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible, plus TOGAF/Zachman frameworks for governance.

Qualificações

• 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to design cloud-native solutions and microservices.

• Fluent English (B2) and willingness to work hybrid in Lisbon.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 15 years of experience in IT, 5 of which in cloud architecture
• Demonstrated expertise in software and systems implementation using OOP and OOAD principles, with applied knowledge of Middleware, Scalability, and Resiliency within distributed systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code tooling, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Proven track record delivering microservices-driven architectures in cloud environments, with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF and Zachman, applied to the design and governance of complex systems across consulting engagements.
• Ability to conduct structured analytical assessments including Gap Analysis, SWOT analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership modelling to support architecture decisions and stakeholder recommendations.
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
