For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
• Hands-on experience with DXP/CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or equivalent
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience with modern UI frameworks, specifically React and Next.js
• Strong technical leadership experience, with proven ability to guide teams, make architectural decisions, and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions
• Solid experience designing scalable system architectures and microservices
• Engineering-focused mindset, able to discuss performance, dependency management, communication, problem solving, and investigation
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
