Job summary

Match Profiler seeks a seasoned IT professional to join a client team. You will work with the Microsoft stack, Azure IaaS/PaaS, Windows Server/Desktop, SQL databases, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting. Strong English communication and mentoring skills are required.

The role emphasizes onboarding support, continuous feedback, collaboration, and development within a close-knit team that values idea sharing and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with the Microsoft stack and related services.
• Experience with escalation management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop and Azure (IaaS/PaaS).
• Familiarity with SQL databases and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong communication in English and ability to mentor others.

What we are looking for

Hard Skills:

• Microsoft certifications or solid experience with the Microsoft stack
• Proven experience in escalation management and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows Server/Desktop and Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
• Experience with SQL databases
• Microsoft 365 administration and PowerShell scripting
• Good communication and documentation skills in English
• Comfortable dealing directly with users, including senior management
• Mentoring or training experience
