Job summary

Match Profiler is seeking a Network Engineer for a Hybrid role in Lisbon to support and optimize network infrastructure. The position emphasizes IPAM, DNS/DHCP, and efficient network operations within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid IP address management, experience with Infoblox/BlueCat, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work and a collaborative team are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid IP address management and DNS/DHCP expertise.
• Experience with IPAM tools (Infoblox/BlueCat) desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting across complex network and system interactions.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and change management.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of WAN routing, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.

What we are looking for:
Hard skills:

• Solid understanding of IP address management principles, DNS/DHCP services, and network
• segmentation.
• Experience with IPAM tools (e.g., Infoblox, BlueCat, or custom solutions) is highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex network and system interactions.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good knwoledge of WAN routing, SD-WAN and cloud network
