We’re hiring a Junior Client Services Assistant to support our clients. You’ll be the face of the company, bridging our clients and our team. Your day to day tasks include:

• Providing technical support to clients.
  
• Logging support and service requests in our ticketing system.
  
• Directing clients and their requests to the appropriate teams.
  
• Being the point of contact between clients and our team.
  
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with clients throughout the process.
