TP PORTUGAL is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to expand Reddit's advertiser base in Portugal. You will identify opportunities, prospect agencies and direct clients, and tailor advertising plans to client needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, negotiate deals, and use data-driven insights to maximize revenue. Strong German (native or C1) and English skills are required with 2+ years in B2B sales for advertising or martech.

Qualificações

• German (native or C1/C2) and proficient English written and verbal.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in advertising or martech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts.

What you'll do

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting direct clients or agencies, and proposing tailored advertising plans. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting data-driven strategies to maximize client success and drive revenue growth through Reddit’s advertising solutions.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and the competitive landscape;
• Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs and objectives;
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships;
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue;
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Native or C1/C2Germanspeaker + good English written & verbal;
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
• Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
