TP is seeking a results-driven sales professional who will identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with direct clients or agencies, crafting tailored Reddit advertising plans. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving data-driven strategies to maximize client success and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include developing tailored solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and presenting performance insights.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, with ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment.
• Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.

Sales Strategy and Execution
