Quadrante is seeking a Team Leader - Fire Safety in Porto to lead a talented Fire Safety team within the Buildings Business Unit. This role involves directing design efforts for diverse national and international projects and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

You will coordinate the team, drive project delivery, and develop improved methodologies while staying abreast of industry trends. A strong leadership mindset and long-term commitment are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture is mandatory.
• SCIE certification for 2nd, 3rd and 4th risk categories required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire safety design projects.
• Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers/Architects is required.
• Adaptability, teamwork and leadership skills essential.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability required.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Team Leader - Fire Safety, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of Fire Safety Engineering projects for buildings;
• Design efficient technical solutions that meet client needs, calculated and dimensioned in accordance with applicable regulations;
• Optimize solutions from a global perspective, considering technical, economic, and environmental aspects;
• Ensure project execution within established deadlines;
• Develop tools and working methodologies to improve results and productivity;
• Stay up to date with developments, trends, best practices, and solutions within the field of expertise;
• Manage and coordinate the Fire Safety team.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture (mandatory);
