Claranet Portugal is seeking a Client-Facing IT Manager — Infrastructure & Networks to lead the design, implementation, and management of complex infrastructure and network projects. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and coordinate with TAMs and client stakeholders.

Travel readiness and strong communication are essential, with security and uptime a priority. Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, and other monitoring tools is valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in infrastructure and networks design, management and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPNs and firewalls.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN design and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Experience leading infrastructure, systems, networks and security projects.
• Ability to read and interpret TAM/disc incident reports and technical docs.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate, and prioritize client technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for Systems and Networking teams.
• Assess the feasibility and identify inter-domain dependencies.
• Serve as liaison between client and TAMs with context, impact, urgency, and success criteria.
• Monitor the execution of requests with TAMs, ensuring deadlines and SLAs.
• Report status to client and internal teams; escalate issues when needed.
• Document decisions, architecture and changes for continuity.
