Claranet Portugal is seeking an IT Manager to join our internal team in Figueira da Foz. You will gather and prioritize client requirements, translate them into technical specs for systems and networking teams, and monitor delivery ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in infrastructure and networks, strong knowledge of BGP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN/WLAN design, plus relevant certifications. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Five+ years managing, designing and implementing infrastructure and networks.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, storage, backup, and security elements.
• Ability to document decisions and communicate with tech and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate, and prioritize technical requirements with client stakeholders.
