Claranet Portugal is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Lisbon-based internal team. You will implement, monitor, and optimize network infrastructures, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for clients and internal users.

We value 3+ years in network engineering, strong design and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. ITIL knowledge and CCNA/CCNP certifications are advantageous.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in Network Engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and administer network infrastructures.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity incidents and network issues.
• Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for service continuity.
• Participate in technology enhancement projects and continuous improvement.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes to the infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with network security best practices.
