A Quanteam procura um(a) Officer de Base de Dados de Clientes para gerir a abertura, modificação e encerramento de contas, assegurando rigor e qualidade de dados.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal possui 0–2 anos de experiência na área, domínio de inglês e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa num ambiente multicultural entre Lisboa e Porto.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Economia, Finanças, Contabilidade ou área relacionada.
• 0–2 anos de experiência em operações bancárias ou financeiras.
• Conhecimento básico de gestão de bases de dados IBM.
• Inglês fluente, escrito e falado.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir abertura, modificação e encerramento de contas de clientes.
• Apoiar configurações de FX e parâmetros de conta.
• Assegurar qualidade de dados e conformidade com procedimentos internos.
• Colaborar com equipas de Lisboa e Porto.
• Comunicar-se com clientes e parceiros de serviço, fortalecendo relações.
• Manter documentação de apoio e referencial de clientes.

Client Database Officer

Main Tasks

• Manage cash and securities account opening, modification and closing across local and global markets.
• Handle LCN account-related activities and ensure accurate maintenance of client account data.
• Support the team with sensitive account setups, including Foreign Exchange configurations such as Auto-FX, derogations and exclusions.
• Support the setup and maintenance of fees and related account parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and service partners, ensuring a high level of service and strengthening business relationships.
• Perform daily operational activities with a high level of accuracy, rigor and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update supporting files and operational documentation used by the team.
• Perform controls and validations to ensure data quality, accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Lisbon and Porto teams, contributing to a multicultural and geographically distributed environment.
• Contribute to the overall quality and reliability of the Client Account Referential/database.

Main Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Operations or a similar operational environment.
• Basic knowledge of IBM database management or similar database tools.
• Fluent/Expert English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor, particularly when handling sensitive client and account data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and international team.
• Strong client/service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage sensitive operational processes with accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.
• Capacity to work with repetitive but highly controlled and detail-oriented processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain quality while working in fast-paced banking environment.

This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 24.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies. Permanent contract (CTI).
