Azqore is seeking a team member to maintain and update the KYC database within the Client Data team in Braga, Portugal.

The role focuses on overseeing administrative management of client files across the Client Life Cycle, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulations during onboarding and periodic reviews.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating client-provided documents, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into the Bank’s systems.
• Keeping customer files up-to-date and fully compliant with the Bank’s requirements throughout the life of their account.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the Bank's internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Managing administrative tasks linked to client documentation, such as encoding, verification, and archiving.
• Maintaining the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all customer file documentation.
