Indosuez Wealth Management is hiring for a KYC Administration role focused on maintaining the client data and ensuring compliance across onboarding and periodic reviews. You will validate documents, input data, and manage file administration while aligning with bank standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork, with a hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days at home) and ongoing training within Azqore/Crédit Agricole Group.

Qualificações

• Experience in administrative roles, ideally within KYC or eager to become an expert.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with IT systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaboration with teammates and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and validating client-provided documents and inputting information into the bank's systems.
• Keeping client files up-to-date and compliant throughout the account lifecycle.
• Adhering to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
