Job summary

B2C2 in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented KYC/onboarding specialist to support client lifecycle processes for a global fintech leader. You will coordinate onboarding across Front Office, Compliance, AML, Operations and Legal, handling initial KYC, periodic reviews and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

The role demands strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, and the ability to balance risk controls with business needs.

Qualifications

KYC/onboarding experience required.
Familiar with due diligence operations and onboarding systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with management, Front Office, Sales, Compliance, Legal and Audit.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in research/analysis and external due-diligence tools.
A proactive, pragmatic approach balancing compliance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Engage clients and counterparties to facilitate KYC onboarding and client lifecycle.
Coordinate KYC onboarding across multiple functions in a high-pressure environment.
Assist in ongoing monitoring, banking inquiries and KYC-related matters.
Ensure department requests are completed within expected timeframes.
Review agreements and documents for completeness and accuracy.
Support design and testing of enhancements to onboarding systems.
