Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive value across projects.

You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, translate into user stories and acceptance criteria, model processes, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA throughout agile delivery.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in complex and international environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about understanding business needs and turning them into concrete solutions?

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into clear, actionable solutions that bring real value to the organization.

Build side:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Model and optimize business processes.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout project delivery.

• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement activities.

Run side:

• Provide functional support to business users.

• Monitor and analyze business processes and application usage.

• Investigate functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

• Maintain and update project and process documentation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

This is your background

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management.

• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience in complex and international environments is a plus.

This is your expertise:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering

• Business Process Modeling (BPMN or equivalent)

• Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

• User Story creation and backlog management

• Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools

• Functional specifications and documentation

• UAT preparation and coordination

• Stakeholder management and communication
