Job summary

EWI Recruitment seeks a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and coordinate across the CFO, COO, CCO, CIO and other executives. The role spans Norway, Finland and Portugal, with direct engagement on strategy, governance and major bids.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years as an electrical engineer with MV/HV experience, plus 5+ years in senior leadership and strong executive communication. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years as electrical engineer with 10+ years in power infrastructure/EPC.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with CEOs, exec teams or boards.
• Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO's principal adviser on business, operational and technical matters.
• Coordinate with C-suite and run executive meeting rhythm across regions.
• Support CEO with strategy, budgeting, market entry and risk management.
• Lead strategic initiatives, KPI dashboards and board reporting; ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Provide technical advisory on major bids and projects and governance with the Board.
